Tatsumi Kyo, the heir to a wealthy family, one day contracts a terminal illness and is given a prognosis of limited time left to live. Before he dies, he feels there are things he still wants to do. Among them, he decides to use ten accounts in his favorite game, "Shinyu Fantasy Legend," to achieve achievements no one has ever accomplished before. After completing this, he falls into a coma.
